Sugar Cookies

3 cubes Butter
2 ½ C sugar

4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon extract
1 T vanilla
1 C Sour Cream
7 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder

First whip butter and sugar together. Add sour cream, then eggs, then the combined dry ingredients, and vanilla.

Chill several hours.
Roll the cookies out and cut them thick.
Bake at 375 F for 6-8 mins

Icing

3 C Powdered Sugar
1/3 C butter
pinch of salt
¼ C Milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla
